Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Flow platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Flow application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time with notice provided through the app or by email.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use Flow. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@flowapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Listings and Bookings
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. Flow acts as an intermediary platform and does not own, manage, or inspect any listed property. Guests are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before booking. Bookings constitute a direct agreement between guests and hosts.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By making a booking, you authorize Flow to charge the total amount including any applicable fees. Hosts receive payouts according to the payout schedule in their host agreement. Flow is not responsible for disputes arising from payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful purpose; post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; harass, threaten, or harm other users; attempt to circumvent our fee structure by conducting transactions off-platform; scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission; or use the platform to transmit malware or harmful code.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages related to property stays, interactions with hosts or guests, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant booking.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software within the Flow platform are owned by or licensed to Flow. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saudi Arabia.
